Oaks Tall Customer Contract/Agreement:

 

By signing this document I _________________________ (customer) and _________________________ (Oaks Tall representative) both agree to the following terms, and understand that any violations to these terms can result in termination of customer contract, therefore ending the service of which is provided. 

The terms of which must be followed are as follows: 

• Oaks Tall is only responsible for damage, of which can be proven with substantial evidence, was caused by the service provided 

• All payments are due within two weeks of the date the invoice was delivered, and are required to be paid in cash (card, check, and online deposits will not be excepted)

• Overdue payments result in a ten dollar late fee each week until the invoice is paid in full

• Oaks Tall is not responsible for any injuries sustained on the clients behalf

• Oaks Tall will not be responsible for damage to items lying within the yard

• Oaks Tall is only responsible for doing the the agreed upon service

• Oaks Tall reserves the right but is not limited to: 

• Denying services due to cluttered yard

• Denying services due to unpaid invoices 

• Requesting object(s) to be removed from the yard before services

• Oaks Tall will not provide refunds for any work

• Invoices can be delivered weekly or bi-weekly. Monthly payments will not be accepted
